We are the Texas Gulf Division of the Lone Star Region of the National Model Railroad Association, Inc., and our purpose is to:
Come one, come all to our first “no limits” Division 8 in-person meeting in many months. This is a “get reacquainted” meeting, where we'll share what we've been doing and plan for upcoming activities.
Our fun and informative clinic series is for new and veteran model railroaders alike! Clinics take place at the Harris County Bayland Community Center at 6400 Bissonnet St. All clinics start at 9:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted.
What is a "clinic"? It's all about helping you develop and hone your model railroading skills. We have Make 'n Take clinics; DCC decoder installation and programming sessions; how-to wiring, track work and scenery clinics; and more!
- Promote the hobby of model railroading;
- Promote the greater fellowship of model railroading between model railroaders;
- Further the educational objectives as set forth in the constitutions of the National Model Railroad Association and the Lone Star Region.
